All donations made through our site are voluntary charitable contributions. 100% of public donations go directly to funding water access and nature conservation projects. Our operating costs are covered by a private group of supporters. If a specific project you donated to has been fully funded or discontinued, your donation may be redirected to a similar active project.
Donations to AQUAGUARDSNATION are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. A donation receipt will be sent automatically to the email address you provide. This receipt serves as your official record for tax purposes.
If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize AQUAGUARDSNATION and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on the scheduled basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@aquaguardsnation.charity or calling +1 307-427-2506.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe via encrypted TLS/SSL connection. AQUAGUARDSNATION does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card data.
